Condition is New. Record has Never been played. 
This piece was autographed in-person after their set at ROTR in Columbus, Ohio, back in '13. The group signed items for fans in the FYE tent.  THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DOUBLE SIGNED! BOTH THE ALBUM'S COVER, -and- THE LABEL OF THE LP WERE BOTH AUTOGRAPHED BY THE WHOLE BAND!!
