Description
The second EP by Guns N' Roses, released after Live?!*@Like a Suicide, was released in Japan only. It is known as "Live from the Jungle", named so because part of the large red text on the album's obi strip reads "raibu furomu za janguru", meaning "live from the jungle". This is a reference to the song "Welcome to the Jungle", even though the song itself doesn't appear on the EP. Tracks one, four and five were recorded live at the Marquee Club in London on June 28, 1987. Tracks two and three sounds like live recordings, but are actually studio recordings with overdubbed crowd noise. Track six is the studio version from Appetite for Destruction. The cover features the banned Robert Williams artwork also used (but very briefly) for Appetite for Destruction. The catalog # on the spine is: P-6270. Record was stored in a heavy duty anvil case since 2006 and comes from a smoke/pet free home. I have never played this vinyl as I knew it was quite rare. I also had the US copy on vinyl, of which I did play. Shipped following business day as soon as payment is received. Media Mail ($6) takes 3 to 5 weeks due to being shipped by boat from Hawaii..not air! Priority is $11, not $7 from Hawaii. International bidders please contact.
