Description
Awesome AUTOGRAPHED copy of one of the best GBV albums, 'Same Place the Fly Got Smashed' from 1990, ltd. to 500 copies on Rocket #9 records. Still in cellophane shrink and shrink is signed by Robert Pollard, Jim Pollard, Mitch Mitchell, and an ambiguous scribble that I assume belongs to Tobin Sprout. The cellophane wrap has a tear along the length of the record on the back and one along the width of the front--however, the shrink is mostly intact and should remain that way with careful handling.
Sleeve and record are both VG+ (graded according to the Goldmine Standard i.e. it is right below NM--I am not using the EX/VG++ grade). The jacket has a minor crease along the bottom left of the backside. There is a small amount of dirt on the sleeve/shrink. The record has one scratch along the second side that does not affect play (you can see it in the photos). There are a couple small superficial scuffs/smudges on the vinyl, but it is mostly very clean. It plays excellently--no extraneous noise at all. Overall, it is an awesome looking copy.
