I like jazz and blues. I really do. Unfortunately, I don’t like Gregory Porter’s voice. The bass is too scratchy for me. Imagine what he would think of my singing? Lol
You can guess then why I’m selling this double album. It was bought for me sometime ago as a gift and I didn’t have the heart to tell the donor that as much as I like Nat King Cole, Gregory Porter is not one of my favourite blues singers.
I love all the songs on this album. I have to confess one or two of them are ok. One of my friends just loves this album but it leaves me cold and that is why I’m selling it. No hard feelings, Gregory? Lol
