Description
Killer roots digi track from The Cool Ruler. Released in the UK on Greensleeves in 1989 catalogue number GRED 256. Produced by Augustus " Gussie " Clarke and recorded and mixed at his own Music Works Studio. The record is visually graded as VG+ with no scuffs or marks, both labels are clean and mark free. The record comes in a thin green Greensleeves sleeve still retaining the shop shrinkwrap which has caused a little wrinkling of the sleeve ( you may choose to remove it ). The A side is an extended mix with vocals and dub, the B side has a proper dub workout. Some purists amongst you may not be such great fans of this late 80's style of digi roots, but this is a fabulous example with a hypnotic and repetitive beat and a great bass line. The record plays with no pops or clicks or surface noise.
