Description

For auction I have an amazingly rare TEST PRESS of Green Day’s American Idiot.

 

The 2x 12”  test press is in plain white sleeves, as received direct from the pressing plant. It has never been played, and is still sealed in manufacturers bags. Printed on the front sleeve is the date of manufacture (October 14 2005), the catalogue number (1-48777), and the vinyl sides (A1/B1 C1/D1).

 

From the catalogue number and date, I believe this is a test press of Adeline Records 2005 release of this album, and is on 180gram quality vinyl.

 

These test presses are the holy grail in terms of vinyl, very few are pressed, maybe 5-10, and even fewer end up for sale. Get it while you can!!!
