Description
This copy is a mysterious one. It is a limited edition 2015 copy in conjunction with partnership “Because Sound Matters Group”
I obtained this copy from my local record store and friend back in late 2014 new. He said when he placed and order for copies for his store. This copy came early before his original order was delivered. He had a connection with a friend of his Warner and mentioned that when he ordered vinyl for his store that his friend had a few GD limited early copies. I actually received this copy November of 2014 before its release date on St Patrick’s 2015. Once received, I noticed the barcode was crossed out and written NFS (not for sale) and was sealed. I unfortunately opened it as I wanted to see if it was some kind of test press or something unique. It’s just a regular issue with both EP’s included. I’ve since obtained another copy identical and it has a second barcode sticker on the shrink. Myself or my friend at the record store know much other than it was an early pre release. My friend and owner sadly passed away but we did confirm that Warner like many other companies were not longer cutting the top right corners on sleeves like in decades past. Generally stamped now in days on the barcode. This one’s hand written so it’s anyone’s guess.
Certainly unique with an interesting story and would make for a great addition to anyone’s collection. Both the vinyl and ep’s sound incredible and we’re only played afew times prior to me obtaining a second copy.

Edit: Recently asked, the writing is on the cover and NOT on the shrink. This was written prior to packaging.
