RARE Strictly Official US Original Columbia's "Two Eye" Promo White Label Demonstration Copy, Promo only (?) US Monaural Version, The Word "Demonstration, Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels,A Small "SPECIAL MONO RADIO STATION COPY" Sticker and Track Listings Sticker are on Front Sleeve.
Last Part of Matrix Number on The Dead Wax Space is "1J" on Both Side.Disc is VG Plus, Sleeve is VG Plus (It Has A Center Bottom Split, Ring-wears on Front and Back, Looks Aged Condition).
