Description

Cindy Walker was a successful songwriter, placing dozens of songs with Bob Wills as well as hits for Eddy Arnold, Hank Snow, Webb Pierce, Gene Autry, Elvis Presley, and many more.  Here we have a song she wrote in 1957 called Great Expectations that doesn't seem to have been commercially recorded.  The 10" 78 rpm acetate is in VG shape with some storage marks and an original lead sheet, plays through well with occasional tics but would benefit from a professional cleaning.    Clearly, the demo single is not Walker, anybody know who it is?
