The set of LPs are worth every bit of the asking price. OG album over 50 years old. I played all three records and its sounds great. My two favorite songs on the album SM and Trucking sounded as they did in 72.  The booklet is missing and there are some scratches... But, just like the Dead, they didn't look pretty but they sure sounded good.. Only a few bands I can say are better live than studio, Rare Earth, Three Dog Night, Allman Bros, and The Dead. Its so nice to hear a live album where they cut out all the applause and stuff and you get to hear the music live as if they were in a studio.  Incredible live record. I'm not a Dead Head but I understand why they exist.  Record is VG+ and Sleeve is VG+. Play-Tested EX. See Pics for Song Titles. Read description's of Record and Sleeve/Cover Grading Below. I try to grade records on the conservative side, and grade sleeves/covers as close as possible. Records are very hard to judge by a picture on eBay, but cosmetics on album covers.. are easier to see. If you have questions about something  please ask.

RECORD GRADING OVERVIEW

·       Records are Visually Graded & Play-Tested on both sides to confirm Audio Quality.

·       Records Graded NM & EX are Play-Tested Randomly to confirm Audio Quality.

·       VG+ Records are Play Tested Over Visible Damage or Wear to Confirm they have no Effect on Sound Quality. If the Play Quality is compromised, they are downgraded to appropriate grade and prices are adjusted accordingly.

·       Occasionally entire LP is Play - Tested to determine Proper Grading. It will be noted in condition area.

Visual Grading Guidelines for Records and Sleeves

MINT (M) - Absolutely perfect in every way. Typically this is a sealed record, records that have been opened are rarely, if ever, marked as Mint

NEAR MINT (NM) - A good description is that it looks like it just came from a retail store, and it was opened for the first time. It is almost flawless, with no visible defects.

EXCELENT (EX) LP Typically has four or less surface scuffs or scratches per side. They do not affect play quality.  Except for these miner defects they could be Near Mint

EX Sleeve should have only minor wear, if any, on edges or corners.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) Records may show slight signs of wear, including light scuffs/scratches, they do not affect the listening experience.  

VG+ Sleeve should have only minor wear, faint record circle, couple of scuffs, and some wear on edges and corners.

VERY GOOD (VG) - Records could lack the original gloss, some scratches and clicks may be audible, especially in soft passages. But the noise should not overpower the music.

VG sleeve will have signs of handling, slight wear on edges and corners and may have minor splits open or taped, maybe some record circle marks.

GOOD PLUS (G+) - Record still plays through without skipping, but it has significant surface noise and groove wear and more noticeable clicks and pops. We avoid selling Good (G+) rated records unless they are highly collectible or rare. They could still be unbelievably valuable if they do not play well. Sleeve may have significant edge, corner, ring wear. Even writing, or other obvious damage, like a spit or a tape on a side.

GOOD (G) - Record may have some skipping and several clicks or pops but is still listenable. We avoid selling Good (G) rated records unless they are highly collectible or rare. They could still be unbelievably valuable if they do not play well. Sleeve has major wear or seam splits that need repair, visible record rings, etc.
