Hard to find 1968 1st pressing release by Grapefruit (first band signed by The Beatles to Apple Publishing).

Grapefruit was a Band created by John Lennon and signed to Apple Publishing (Apple Records was not yet formed). John named the band Grapefruit based on his then girlfriend's (Yoko Ono) book "Grapefruit". 

Since Apple Records did not yet exist (only Apple Publishing). It was decided to release the record on Equinox Records US.

This 45 is in NM+ condition, looks unplayed. Very clean and super glossy.

Rare Equinox sleeve included, no seam tears.
