This is a new, sealed (never opened) Songs For Beginners Graham Nash Album. There is a 2" tear in the clear seal wrap on the front left bottom (see photos) for location. Otherwise the plastic seal is in tack. Let me know If you have any questions. The Album is returnable as long as the seal is not opened except for the 2" tear already visible.
