Grachan Moncur III "Evolution" Blue Note Liberty 84153, Stereo Vinyl Mint LP.

This is the “Van Gelder”-stamped, Stereo pressing of Grachan Moncur III's "Evolution" Blue Note Liberty 84153 on the "Blue Note Records A Division of Liberty Records, Inc." stereo labels of BST 84153. “STEREO” in deadwax. Musicians include Moncur, Jackie McLean, Bobby Hutcherson, Bob Cranshaw and Anthony Williams.

The vinyl is MINT. Original inner sleeve. A very dynamic recording and a strong pressing. Both labels clean and clear; one label has red "$7.99" price sticker. The Cover is in nice condition; minor ringwear; spine excellent with one small dent; minor wear top and bottom seams. Corners worn. Large wrinkle lower right corner. One-inch tape on bottom seam. Minor fading and ringwear on the "43 West 61st St., NY 23" back jacket. See photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end system consisting of Music Hall MMF-7.3 turntable/Ortofon Bronze cartridge, Heed Audio Elixir integrated amplifier, Heed Quasar Phono stage and Quad S2 speakers (with very revealing ribbon tweeters).
