Inside gatefold is autographed by Allen Woody , Warren Haynes , & Matt Abts ! The Autographs are on right - next to the bands pics (inside gatefold). 

Numbered #30 out of 500. '30/500' in the lower right corner (back of gatefold) is penned in the same ink as their signatures.

THESE WERE MADE AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM THE BAND, HARD HEAD and that EVIL TEEN !

Gatefold jacket has some slight scratches and marks, both front and back.
All of which are NOT very noticeable. Overall gatefold jacket is in GREAT CONDITION!
