Description

This is a Classic Records reissue of the RCA Victor “Living Stereo” recording “Gounod, Ballet Music from Faust/Bizet, Carmen Suite,” catalog number LSC-2449, the legendary audiophile classic featuring The Royal Opera House Orchestra, Covent Garden with Alexander Gibson, conductor.

This is an older ‘80s or ‘90s reissue pressing (I’m not sure of the exact date).

The cover is mint-minus – there is some minor creasing and in a few spots, which does not show up in the photos, and there is an area between 1 and 2 inches long on the spine where the disc broke through. The record is mint and unplayed. It comes with the original plastic outer sleeve that has been opened at the top and has the “With the complements of Classic Records” sticker on it.

I have been collecting records and CDs for over 45 years and have decided to begin selling items from my collection as I no longer have the time to listen or the room to keep all my records. Keep your eyes open for many more records up for auction as time goes on. All of my records have been fanatically well kept over the decades in a smoke-free home.
