VERY RARE and in BEAUTIFUL EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! THE BEATLES "YESTERDAY AND TODAY" BUTCHER COVER! This is the legendary ORIGINAL "2nd state" album cover with the past-over slick to censor the original "butcher cover" photo of the band with dismembered dolls that lies beneath the pasted slick. The Post-It Note that I have photo scanned shows the Ringo Starr's V-neck sweater outline under the pasted slick.
COMPLETE WITH LP AND ORIGINAL CAPITAL RECORDS INNER SLEEVE!
SUPERB Cover Condition!!! Fully intact with only the slightest of minor wear. There is a small, very neat and clean word written on the back white area that can be very easily erased, though I will leave that up to the buyer.There is a very small peel at the bottom right by the previous owner to ensure the existence of the original cover photo underneath. It can either be easily pasted back into its original intact position, or used as a starting point for an entire cover peel.
