- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG (Side A has a couple bubbles, Side B has a pencil scribble)
- Cover: VG+VG+ (Bit of wear at corners and open edge. Bit of discoloring along back bottom)
