This its a sealed /notched promo copy. This is an original first release with hype tag in the original shrink wrap. This was a promo. It’s slashed a notched. This is returned to the record label and then promote out to a radio station. This is an amazing opportunity to get this album sealed.
Please note that it is standard practice for promotional copies to be “notched” or have a “hole punch out” this was done to prevent them from being returned via the retail channel for a refund. These promo albums were also meant to be played the returned to the record label. They were not meant for circulation.
