Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the Gil Melle Quintet 'Volume 2' 10" LP on Blue Note Records BLP-5033. Other musicians include Urbie Green, Tal Farlow, Clyde Lombardi, and Joe Morello.
Record info:
VG with a few scuffs and plays with a moderate amount of surface noise and clicks. It still sounds great!
Cover info:
VG+ with solid seams with some wear except for a 2" seam split on bottom middle. The back cover has a price sticker on top right corner and a small X on top right.
Label / Pressing info:
Original 767 Lexington deep groove mono press.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
