THIS IS THE ORIGINAL MONO - PRESTIGE # 7040 -YELLOW & BLACK LABEL WITH THE N.Y.C. ADDRESS AND DEEP GROOVE. RECORD IS NEAR MINT & IN ALMOST UNPLAYED CONDITION. "RVG" IS ETCHED ON RUN_OFF.
THE COVER IS GREAT- NO MARKS, WRITING, STICKERS --CLEAN-- FRONT IS LAMINATED. THERE IS A VERY TINY WEAR ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER, MAYBE 1/4 ".
