Sleeve VG+ acetate facing separated from card for about one inch near spine but still intact. New polythene outer sleeve and newish paper and polythene inner sleeve. Labels VG+ both sides  Media VG+ both sides - play well with no jumps or scratches and only moderate crackles and pops
