Description
This is the original deep-groove “P”-pressing of Gigi Gryce “And His Big Band” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 5049. The flat-rim playing surface has a few superficial and inaudible scuffs, but is otherwise in beautiful condition, with a nice luster; perhaps played once. The frame cover is bright and clean throughout; the bottom seam has a 2 ½” clean break at the center and a 1 ¼” split at the opening; “$3.98” inked at the top left corner of the back slick. Personnel include Art Farmer, Anthony Ortega, Quincy Jones, Henri Renaud, and Pierre Michelot. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL.
