I've revised this listing to state that after giving the album a careful listening with headphones, there is a discernable, slight "pop" all the way through track 4, "City To City." That's the one with the scratch. It begins in the fadeout of "Right Down The Line." I just wanted to give full disclosure.
For sale I have the Mobile Fidelity pressing of Gerry Rafferty's City To City LP. The jacket is in very good condition and all inserts are included. 
As for the vinyl- I would have listed this as Near Mint were it not for one defect. There is a visible scratch on side one. Kills me, because otherwise it would be flawless. I really wouldn't have believed it was ever played but then I saw the scratch. I played it and it is not noticeable. So I have to now list this as VG+. I included a close-up of the scratch. Ugh. It's ugly.
Will be packed very well, record removed from jacket and shipped insured via FedEx.
