Description
George Wallington Quintet at the Bohemia, Featuring the Peck. On Progressive PLP 1001. Mono High Fidelity. Deep Grove and with "RVG" etched in the trail off. Featuring George Wallington, Jackie McClean, Donald Byrd, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor. The cover is in poor condition with splitting in the center of the top edge and the center of the right side edge. Also the laminate is beginning to pull loose at those points and at the top and bottom of the opening side corners. Corners very worn. --- The vinyl has several very light minor scuffs and scratches that do not affect play for the most part. Side A played almost flawlessly. On about 10 seconds of play on the last song on A side, I heard some ticks, otherwise side A played almost flawlessly. Side B played very good with only minor light background noise on most of that side. I grade side A as very good plus, almost excellent and side B as very good. - It is obvious from looking at the record that it has been played very little. -- The inner paper sleeve is a new one.
