There is WEAR TO THE COVER and BOTH INSERTS. The cover was used as a decoration piece on a shelf and was hit with a liquid causing stains at the bottom of the front & rear covers, the bottom of lyric insert and the bottom of inner sleeve. 

The cover is still considered to in "Good" as it is structurally sound. 

THE LP DID NOT SUFFER ANY WATER DAMAGE AS IT WAS REMOVED PRIOR TO BEING DISPLAYED. IT WAS SAFELY STORED AWAY IN A SEPARATE SLEEVE. THE VINYL ITSELF IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE!

If these imperfections are a concern for you, please do not buy it.


AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A Black & White PHOTOCOPY OF THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER. I like to add a PHOTOCOPY of the hype sticker, if I have it, as an added bonus as they are usually discarded and are hard to find.
Up for sale is one(1) George Michael - Faith LP from 1987 on Columbia Records (#OC 40867). 

This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out in the late 1980s for the CD age. 

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, but has some visual surface marks that may cause some surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 
Nice clean labels with some spindle marks. 
The cover is in "Good" condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. And there is the aforementioned staining / water damage. 
There are no split seams but there is a stress point on the spine that may lead to a split someday. 
The custum inner sleeve is in "Good" condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. And there is the aforementioned staining / water damage. There is small to medium sized split seam on one side. . The LP is now in a plain white sleeve. 
The Lyric insert is in "Good" condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. And there is the aforementioned staining / water damage. 
I obtained this LP in the late 1980s. It was gently played back in the day, but not played in over 30 years. It has been in storage ever since.
