George Michael Faith Japan / Japanese promo album with custom gatefold RARE

Up for auction is the Japan / Japanese promo pressing of "Faith" CAT # EPIC 283P-854) by George Michael. This album comes in the RARE  promo gatefold sleeve. 
Jacket: The standard jacket, insert, and disc are enclosed in a promotional gatefold jacket. The promotional gatefold jacket has some staining near the left edge of the front side and some noticeable linear dirt. The right edge of the record slot has some general creases. In addition, there is light discoloration near each edge, including the back, and some light overall dirt. There is one noticeable crease about 2 cm long near the spine edge. The inside of the gatefold has some light discoloration near the top edge, but it is not very noticeable. The standard jacket inside the gatefold jacket has only slight discoloration in the white area on the back, and no other noticeable damage. A sample disc sticker is attached to the back.
Disc: SIDE-A has some small, slightly noticeable scratches. SIDE-B has some light scuffs near the outer edge. Other than that, there are no other noticeable scratches. This is a sample (promo) disc.
Lyrics card: Includes an English insert and a double-page Japanese commentary and lyric card. Both have some small creases, but are in good condition.
Obi: Not originally attached.
Other: The size of the promotional gatefold jacket is approximately 1.5cm larger in both length and width than a regular LP jacket. Since it will not fit in a regular protective plastic sleeve, the gatefold will be protected by an oversized plastic bag.

(so, 2 VHD counts as 2 items) - VHS = $30 for the first item, $8 for any additional VHS. - LD = $30 for the first item, $10 for any additional LD - 7" / cassette tape = $20 for the first item, $5 for any additional item
Additional information for international bidders: any additional import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are your (the buyer's) responsibility.   
Please note that the utmost care and attention to packaging is taken to secure your goods, to ensure they arrive as listed and described.  
Once the package has been shipped, full ownership is then transferred to you the buyer as I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit.  Of course, on the rare occasion that this does occur, I will be happy to assist you in any way that I can.  ALL official postal records/receipts are kept for a period of 12 months and can/will be supplied if requested by the purchaser or Ebay.  As you will be provided with a tracking number, it is your responsibility to track the package to know where it is and when it will be delivered to your address.  Also be aware that the U.S. postal service can lag at times when moving your item through the postal network, but rest assured you'll receive it.
