Please feel free to ask any questions.
Payment – I am happy to be flexible, but unless the buyer contacts me to make alternative arrangements, I normally expect payment to be made within 5 days of invoicing. After 5 days, if the buyer has not made contact a non-payment dispute will be opened as a matter of course.
Postage - I try to only charge what it costs to send an item, rather than making profit from postage. Please see the P&P tab for postage details. Postage quoted is for single wins, so if you are interested in the cost for multiple wins, please get in touch. International postage quoted is for shipping of single wins to the United States and Australia. If you are outside of the UK, but within Europe, please get in touch - shipping should be less than that quoted for the United States and Australia.
