This is United Artists Records' Original single release: George Martin and His Orchestra - And I Love Her with the B-side Ringo's Theme (This Boy) including Original Picture sleeve
UA 745 Released June 1964
Some History: United Artists wasn't didn't have permission or rights to release ANY of the Beatles songs from the movie soundtrack So, they released the four George Martin instrumentals on 45s.
This is the first and more common of the two, known as the "red sleeve".
Some notes on this single: The vinyl 45, labels, and Picture sleeve are in excellent condition The single sounds great and still has a great sheen to it. The vinyl labels are Black with silver printand still ahve the shine to them Picture Sleeve has no writing, no tears, no seem splits and does look great.
