GEORGE HARRISON - 'WONDERWALL'
This EXCELLENT copy George's soundtrack recording of the film of the same name is a UK 1st stereo pressing dating from November 1968 on the dark green Apple Records label: SAPCOR 1
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text.
Matrix numbers: SACOR 1A-1 & SAPCOR 1B-2
'STAP 1A-1' & 'STAP 1B-2' is crossed out in each respective run-out.
Stamper numbers: 1/T & 2/T
Disc weight: 135g
The disc is housed within a fully laminated stereo cover, complete with original insert & die-cut matt black inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT +
A richly coloured, clean & bright set with just a small number of faint spindle trails around each completely unworn centre hole.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Clean & deep-gloss playing surfaces where the only significant visual blemish in strong daylight is a 2.5cm light surface mark on side 1. Close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals some wispy inner-sleeve removal-type hairlines but no other significant or major blemishes.
Play: EXCELLENT
All tracks on this atmospheric album play cleanly and clearly with no traces of any groove/playwear distortion or background noise. In fact, apart from one or two soft clicks on side 1, there really is little to fault on this fine sounding copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT
An exceptionally clean & glossy & strong example with a perfect unscratched and unworn front AND rear which are free from any 'thumbnails' or creasing of any kind. All corners and both opening edges are all sharp and undamaged. In fact the only sign of wear on the entire cover is a 3cm section of missing paper/laminate on the spine, but all of the wording is intact.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD +
Clean & undamaged with some light storage creasing but no seam splits or tears to any part.
Insert: NEAR MINT
