Description

Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for:  George Harrison – Wonderwall Music – Original UK MONO Vinyl LP album from 1968.

Original UK MONO Pressing.

Apple Records ‎– APCOR 1

No buy it now’s or offers accepted thank you. Auction only. No price reductions. Starting price reflects condition etc.

Vinyl Condition: G (Record has a number of visible surface marks and scratches but plays very well with good sound. There are large visible marks and the odd circumference mark but nothing deep and nothing that has a major impact on the play. There are a lot of light paper lines and light scuffs etc but again nothing major. The record plays very well. There is some background crackle throughout and there are some clicks and pops in places. There is the odd louder click and pop in places but no sticks or jumps at all. Overall the record does show its age a bit with surface marks, lines and some scratches but plays so much better than it looks. It certainly is a decent entry level for the price. A perfect one would cost £300 or more so this is a nice place to start).

Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Inner sleeve is a replacement as the original generic one was damaged beyond repair).

Inner Sheet Condition: G (Inner sheet has some foxing and staining from age. The odd minor crease but is in decent shape for its age).

Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Fully laminated sleeve has some staining to the opening edge. There is some edge creasing and a previous owners pen marks inside the opening edge of the sleeve. There is the odd dirt mark and some light staining to the edges. Otherwise sleeve is well preserved).

I grade my records as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.

If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
