George Harrison    This Song   Test Pressing 45      Dark Horse Records  DRC 8294     with Promo Slip-sheet

Both sides apparently play the same song; showing both labels, but they also appear to be the same 

The slip sheet shows the front and back ( the inside is blank )

The vinyl appears M-;  the promo sheet has a tiny crease in the upper left corner of the "Story" side, which really only shows on the lyrics side
