George Harrison & Friends "The Concert For Bangla Desh"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Apple STCX-3385 from 1971.    This is the 1975 reissue with 'All Rights Reserved' on the labels.     It's three albums, all with custom tan inner sleeves, the 64 page booklet, and all in a box.

This is a live recording from Madison Square Garden on August 1st, 1971.    It features George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Billy Preston, Leon Russell, Badfinger, Ravi Shankar and many others.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M /  Record is M/M/M

The box cover is Mint with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits.   There are no breaks or cracks in the box top or bottom.     The vinyls all  look mint and they all play mint.    The labels are all perfect with no spindle marks.  The records come in a custom tan colored inner sleeve.

This is in too good of condition to take to record shows and let people handle.   

About Me :

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.  

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       It will be over-sized with thick cardboard sides, so that it can't get crushed.        The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 2 pounds 15 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 47 ounces ( 2 pounds, 15 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International.    You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.      ( Buyers from Brazil must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
