DISCLAIMER At this moment we do not listen to each any every vinyl record, so when this isn't the case; records' condition/grading will be judged on aesthetics and visual damage. All faults will be described in the product description. If you have any questions about any of our products do not hesitate to contact us!
DELIVERY TIMES We always attempt to dispatch items no later than three working days after payment is received. As most items are on a BUY IT NOW listing, items may sell at times where dispatch would need to be delayed. If items cannot be dispatched within three working days after payment is received, you will be contacted via email. Please note that as soon as your order is handed over to the courier that the delivery time is out of my hands, but you should be able to find their "aimed delivery times" on the couriers' websites. Our typical courier is Royal Mail or MyHermes.
As of right now, we only ship within the UK main territories (excluding overseas) however this may change in the future.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING Your cost of postage includes the rate for the courier + cost to package your order. We are always trying to cut our costs to bring your postage and packaging costs down but at the same time we still want your order to remain undamaged and arrive at your door within a reasonable timeframe. Orders over £20 will require a signature when delivered. Couriers typically charge extra for this however we cover this cost for you; you won't have to pay any extra.
PAYMENT INFORMATION Please pay for your orders ASAP as your order will not be prepared until payment is received. Payment is only able to be taken through PayPal. At this moment we do not offer any other payment methods.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your item is faulty or has become damaged in the post, please email us.
CONTACT INFORMATION I try to reply to messages and emails as soon as possible. I would politely request that please can you refrain to message asking why your items have not been dispatched as I am clear about delivery times above.
FEEDBACK We hope you will be happy with our service and understand that once we have dispatched your order to the courier, delivery times are out of our hands.
