Original UK Apple label stereo 1st press box set.

All Things Must Pass was after the break up of The Beatles and was recorded between May to October at EMI Studios with a variety of guest musicians and was released in November 1970. The album introduced Harrison's signature slide guitar sound and the spiritual themes present throughout his subsequent solo work. The original vinyl release consisted of two LP's of songs and a third disc of informal jams titled Apple Jam. Several commentators interpret Barry Feinstein's album cover photo, showing Harrison surrounded by four garden gnomes, as a statement on his independence from the Beatles. The complexity of the artwork and packaging meant that all the coloured inners and some of the posters or boxes had to be imported from the USA to meet the huge pre-order demand.

This is the original issue with the wide spine UK printed box, the white cardboard divider, the multi-coloured lyric inners and fold-out poster of the very first presses.
  The UK wide spine box sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light rubbing on the corners of the outer cover and the outer box. The spine is intact, still conected and fully readable. The matt UK printed poster is intact, with a small tear at one fold that has been carefully repaired and in EX condition. The three coloured USA printed lyric inners are intact, with some light creasing and are in EX condition.   The records are in visually in EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two small needle scuffs on sides 1 & 2, a couple of hairlines & three light needle marks/scuffs on sides 3 & 4 that do not affect play and one or two faint hairlines on sides 5 & 6 visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two very faint spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX+, clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves.
Overall, a really clean, loud and clear listen which plays really well.   The matrix nos. are;
YEX-817-1U stamper 3-GRG, YEX-818-1U stamper 2-GDD, YEX-819-1U stamper 1-GGG, YEX-820-1U stamper 2-TH, YEX-821-1U stamper 2-LA, YEX-822-1U stamper 2-LR. This is one of the early pressings of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!
