Description

We  have  taken  a  hard  look  at  many  of  our  listings   with  respect  to  reviewing  previously  posted  prices.   In  some  cases,  we  felt  they  did  NOT  accurately  reflect  today's  real  market  values   considering  factors  such  as    SCARCITY,  RARITY,  CONDITION   and  the  LATEST  PRICE  GUIDES.
Most  of  our  auctions  are  "BUY  IT  NOW"  or  "MAKE  BEST  OFFER". We  encourage  all  interested  parties  to  "MAKE  A  REASONABLE  OFFER". Who  knows?  You  might  be  surprised .   We  just  might  accept  it!  You  have  nothing  to  lose!
Please  take  a  moment  and  look  over  all  of  our  listings.

George Harrison 45rpm - ORIGINAL 1970 TEST PRESSING:  "MY SWEET LORD". The B-Side is "ISN'T IT A PITY".
Issued by APPLE Records in 1970.  Original version.  As a solo artist, (aside from "SOMETHING" which he recorded as a BEATLE), George recorded his most famous single, "MY SWEET LORD", which was originally intended to be on the BEATLES "LET IT BE" album.  Unfortunately the BEATLES broke up and the rest is history!
VINYL does have some surface scratches on both sides (not very much) but the real value here is the fact that these are very rare TEST PRESSINGS by George while recording the LP "ALL THINGS MUST PASS". In the trail off areas on both sides, it has a triangle stamped in it with 2 figures inside the triangle that I can not make out due to their size, and also there are the letters and numbers on the "MY SWEET LORD" side, S-45-X-47403-2-8. The B-Side is "ISN'T IT A PITY" and it has markings S-45-X-47454-Z-8.
Quite Rare and Very Scarce.  Very Collectible for any TRUE "GEORGE HARRISON" Fan.
