Description

George Formby 'Album' book of 78s, x 10
Contains-
  1. a/ Goodnight Little Fellow-  b/ Pardon Me.   V. good- dust soiled - would clean
  2. a/ Leaning on a Lamp Post- b/ Hi - Tiddly - Hi- Ti Island.   Quite worn, fairly poor with little scratches, needs good clean.
  3. ?/ Springtime's Here Again.  ??/  The Joo-Jah Tree.    Good to very good- needs cleaned, light marks,  slight, possibly mildew type soiling.
  4. ?/ You don't need a licence for that.   ??/ Mad March Hare.  Columbia- Hare- fairly clean,  little nick or 2 to surface- other side drop mark from record dropper mechanism I think- and a bit poor and soiled looking.
  5. ?/ I wonder Who's Under Her Balcony Now.   ??/  Tan-Tan Tivvy Tally Ho ! V.good or better, mildew or spotting that should clean.
  6. ?/ I don't like.   ??/ My Plus Fours.    Boths sides well played, grubby, dull, tiny scratches etc.   possibly 'good' or good minus
  7.  ?/ I'm Making Headway.  ??/ I Could Not Let the Stable Down.   Perhaps v. good.  or v gd-. Quite shiny, needs a clean, light surface marks/ scratches - doesn't seem too well played.
  8.  Home Guard Blues /  Get Crackin'.   V good-  quite shiny, needs cleaned-   a light mark on Get Crackin' near the run-off- possibly drop mark from turntable stacking mech.
  9. a/ Mr. Wu's a Window Cleaner Now.  b/ Grandad's Flannelette Nightshirt.  Good.  Turntable drop mark (circular) a.   Generally good condition, clean would benefit.
 10.  Our Sgt Major.  b/ I'm The Husband of the Wife of Mr Wu.   Grubby and dull both sides with a  scratch on Wu side around run-off 
  There are 2 that you can have for free, or will dump them at your request-  one is cracked, the other has a cm broken off the edge and missing.   They are:    Mr Wu's in the Airforce - Blackpool Prom, Cracked and chip from edge.      It's in the air / Can't Fool Me - chunk missing at edge.  
Shame as those 2 are in best condition surface wise.  
The album -- hardboard box/ book closes with popper.  A bit tatty but sound. Inscribed by hand inside with list of mismatched dance records.   One of the discs has initials written on label forgotten which now.  Might have missed some other small details like that.  Can check on request.
