“George Barnes Sextet”. 4 record set. 78rpm. Keynote Recordings album 135. Includes: ”Quiet-Two Gibsons at Work” (K646-A), “Blue Lou” (K646B), “Laughing at Life” (K651-A), “Barnes at Dublin’s (K651-B), “Lover Come Back to Me” (K652-A), “Pink Elephants” (K652-B), “Windy City Flash” (K653-A) and “What’s the Use” (K-653B). The first (Quiet-Two Gibsons at Work and Blue Lou) may not be part of the original album since the number sequence is off and there are only three sleeves in the album for the records. I’ll include it anyway. The album cover and sleeves are in fair condition. The records, evaluated based on visual inspection only, all seem to be in good condition with no noticeable deep scratches that would inhibit the needle. I’ve collected records for many years and would not hesitate to play these discs if I had the ability.
