Description
I am listing for sale, a genuine, autographed Julian Lennon 'You're The One' 12" single cover hand signed by him in 1989. The cover measures approximately 31cm x 31cm and has been boldly and clearly signed with a blue marker pen. I am also including in this sale, a used ticket for the gig the night the autograph was obtained.
The autograph was obtained when I went to see Julian Lennon perform in a charity benefit concert for the Hillsborough Disaster Fund at Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre on Monday 3rd July 1989. After the concert, Julian stood outside signing autographs for fans. I had nothing for him to sign so took an album cover from an advertising display inside the theatre and gave him that to sign for me. This item comes complete with a letter of authenticity regarding the signature.
Please note that I am selling the autographed 12" single cover and ticket only, there is no single included. Also, there are three staple holes visible on the cover where it was attached to the display although this doesn't affect the quality of the autograph in any way.
If you have any questions regarding this item, please feel free to contact me.
