Gennett Electrobeam #6216: Bernie Schultz and His Crescent Orchestra play two hot college numbers "Sweetheart Of Sigma Chi" and "Sweet Violets". Record grades V+/E on "Sweetheart", E- on "Violets" with light scuffs, pin scratches and occasional light ticks. Don't be fooled by the titles, these are high energy hot jamming performances with great 3-part harmony ride-outs. The band apparently ignored the convention for these songs and decided to pep them up for the young college audience. A real sleeper. Richmond sessions.
