Description

Genesis from 42 years ago, when they were great! 1968 Demo copy of The Silent Sun / That's Me on Decca. UK original massively rare single in magnificent condition. Both sides have amazing gloss and sheen with only the one minor surface mark on the A side which DOES NOT affect the sound quality. I can honestly say that you may never find a better example of this. Labels are perfect, with no writing, tears, marks etc of any kind. Comes in original orange Decca sleeve.

Please note, that the text 'demonstration sample not for sale' has a black background - please see the photos. The text itself is perfect, so I've no idea if this black background is by design or not? I want to point it out though to make sure I'm accurately describing the record. Given this, even though the vinyl itself is fantastic, I will change the condition to EX. The reserve price has not been met as yet, so hopefully this doesn't inconvenience anyone. Apologies for not spotting this earlier, but when I did, I wanted to make sure potential buyers are aware. I am unable to change the item description for some reason?
