Description

I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.

This is a copy of the  LP Selling England By The Pound by Genesis, UK first pressing from 1973 on Charisma CAS. 1074.

The stamped matrix no.s are  CAS 1074  A  1 - U  and   CAS 1074  B  2 - U    with  PORKY  RAY etched on Side 1 and  PECKO  etched on Side 2.

The vinyl is in Near Mint condition no noticeable scuffs or scratches There is nothing that is audible or affects play.The labels are spotless with no stickers, writing, spindle marks or stains.

The matt cover, printed by E. J. Day Group, is in Excellent condition. The only fault I can find is some faint ageing / discolouration round the edges. This is more noticeable on the back. The spine is perfect and there is no shelf wear, writing, stickers, tears, splits or creases.

The black and white card lyric inner sleeve is also Near Mint with just a tiny chip off the colour in the top corner.

, a desirable copy of a 39 year old record.

Comes from a smoke free home.
