Description

I purchased this album in the secondary market advertised with excellent vinyl and a VG cover and following my own evaluation I agree with this.  After a light cleaning I did see some faint surface marks, certainly nothing of any significance and a test play through Grado PS1000e’s confirmed an as advertised sound (with some minor surface noise during really quiet passages, no pops, ticks or skips) and based on this numerically I score the vinyl an 84 which I feel is within the mid-range of the excellent criteria. Vinyl has been placed in a new MoFi sleeve. The cover is more like a 70 which is the reason for the VG score.  I attempted to capture the multiple issues with the cover which is mostly within the top of the front and rear gatefold along with a few tears within the inner gatefold. I don't really know what did this but there's no weird basement smells coming from the jacket, I just don't know. The seams and spine are in intact and the overall front and rear artwork is not impacted by the issues driving the VG rating. The album will be shipped in between cardboard with the vinyl outside of the jacket within a Whiplash record mailer.  If you have any other questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
