Customers outside U.S. please inquire for shipping costs when you order multiple items, as the calculator in eBay doesn't do the job.
At City Hall Records we understand that you want your LPs to arrive in perfect condition. So, we pack them carefully in a cardboard mailer, insulated with thick cardboard pads on each side, and with reinforcement on the corners. We want to be sure you get your LPs in the same condition in which they leave our warehouse.
We will remove LP's from their jackets if you request it.
We've shipped hundreds of LPs to eBay buyers and have had no complaints about their condition.
We enclose an actual invoice with your shipment and do not falsify customs valuations.
Like all eBay sellers, we're required to ensure that every shipment reaches the buyer in good condition. For that reason every eBay seller is self-insuring, and must build that cost into their selling price and/or shipping/handling fees. Nevertheless, if you wish to buy your own insurance, you may.
We're very happy to have earned 100% customer satisfaction and are dedicated to keeping it that way!
