Ultra rare Green Vinyl copy with Picture Sleeve. Sleeve: VG Record: VG+


I'm selling this record for a friend of mine - he purchased it from Revolution Records in Windsor, Berkshire back in the 80's.
Visually the record looks excellent - difficult to see with semi transparent green vinyl! A side is VG++. and plays well with just some minor vinyl crackling at the beginning, no serious pops or scratches. B side has some light scratches but plays through ok although slightly inferior to the A side. There are a few small wispy darker markings in the green vinyl but this is to do with the vinyl colouring process and does not effect play.
Picture sleeve is VG, with some light creases/scuff and ring marks.

The matrix/run off groove reads 'Strawberry BEG 35 A1' (Side 1) and 'Strawberry BEG 35 B1' (Side 2) The word 'Strawberry' is machine stamped.

I know very little about this record apart from it being extremely rare (possibly a withdrawn version) I think the last copy to appear on ebay was in 2007.
