This item comes from a collection of rare and desirable classical records which I have been collecting over the years. There are many highly sought after "Golden Age" stereo pressings form Decca SXL, Columbia SAX, HMV ASD, Philips 'Hi-Fi Stereo', Mercury Living Presence, RCA Living Stereo series, audiophile and TAS listed items, and early mono pressings on Les Discophiles Francais, Ducretet-Thomson, Lumen, Pre-Melodiya etc. Featuring artists and conductors such as Furtwangler, Ansermet, Klemperer, Cluytens, Kempe, Szell, Campoli, Ricci, Oistrakh, Milstein, Kogan, Shafran, Rostropovich, Starker, Fournier, Mainardi, Martzy, Ida Haendel and many others.

Original first Dutch 'Hi-Fi stereo' pressing on Philips - 835 112 AY - ED1

A well-kept copy that seems to have not been played much. Light marks only and a couple of spindle marks on the labels. Record EX (fully play-graded, a few very light ticks towards the end of side 2 but nothing so severe that should detract from EX grading besides the rest of the LP plays pretty much NM with great clarity and no notiable defects), cover EX. The original inner sleeve is missing.
