Include original silver & purple foldout picture sleeve with Laytonville address on back.

Might bleed today D.W.K. & Cold Slapped Out! etched in the dead wax.

I bought this copy brand new from The Band when they were unknown local band playing free in store concert at recrod store in Berkely Ca.

Vinyl: Near Mint (NM)  Blue marble vinyl. Plays perfect!!

Jacket: Near Mint minus (NM-)  Hand writing "Joe is a cute guy" pointing the dog on front cover by the group member
