Description
GRAVEDIGGAZ 6 Feet Deep hails from 2022 and is a SEALED limited edition 2LP issued on Black & Silver Splatter Vinyl. 6 Feet Deep, the bloodcurdling 1994 debut from Gravediggaz, is the VMP Hip-Hop Record of the Month for August 2022. It's here on exclusive 2LP Black & Silver Splatter vinyl with lacquers cut by Cicely Balston at Alchemy Mastering at AIR.
The mastermind of the group, The Undertaker, is better known as Stetsasonic's Prince Paul, who has produced De La Soul, among other alternative hip-hop groups. Other Gravediggaz include the Rzarector (RZA of Wu-Tang Clan), the Grym Reaper (Poetic) and the Gatekeeper (Frukwan). Their 1994 debut is reissued for Record Store Day Black Friday for the first time on a double vinyl picture disc. "...brilliantly strange, whimsically jagged horror film in song--with its maimed and gnawed tongue firmly planted in cheek. If you can stomach the buckets of lyrical blood spilled herein, there is no end to the gory highlights"
