Sleeve is a standard blank white sleeve, with an ~11"x11" paper with artwork & song titles, that was once taped to the sleeve in 2 places, but has come unattached. The condition of side 1 of the vinyl is VG/VG+, closer to VG+. The condition of side 2 of the vinyl is VG/VG+, closer to VG. The condition of the paper with the artwork is VG. The condition of the standard blank white sleeve is F.
