I am selling my copy of Grand Funk's 13th and to date their most recent studio album titled What's Funk? It was released on Full Moon Records in January 1983. Shortly after the release of this album Grand Funk disbanded for a second time. The three Grand Funk members on this LP are Mark Farner, Don Brewer and Dennis Bellinger (replacing Mel Schacher.) I picked up this LP in a cutout bin in late 1983 and never played it. Too many records and too little time. This copy was stored away in an air conditioned non-smoking environment. The record you see here is the one you will receive. This copy is a first pressing from the Winchester Press. I grade this copy as Near Mint. Again this is a grade I do not give out lightly. Like I previously stated the vinyl was never played and looks close to perfect. The cover has one extremely small flaw. There is a very tiny cutout mark on the side of the spine about an inch below the top. (see photo.) That's it, otherwise the cover looks close to perfect. The original inner sleeve was made out of plastic and seemed very flimsy so I discarded it and put in a generic white sleeve. You will not find a better looking used 1st press copy of this LP anywhere.
