Description

This is an original autographed 45 with Picture Sleeve of Grand Funk "We're An American Band" from 1973 on Capitol Records 3660 from my personal collection. The sleeve is in NM condition and is close to Mint.  I purchased this many years ago and it's never had a record in it since I've had it.  The record was purchased at another time.  It looks to be in great condition.  I've never played it.  I do not play colored vinyl records.  You will not want to play it with the autograph on it anyway.  I was able to get Mark to sign it on the same day that he signed my picture sleeve of "Shinin' On" that is also listed on Ebay at the time.  I used to go to a lot of concerts and met a lot of the musicians before and after shows.  I saw Mark solo and with Grand Funk several times.  Mark Farner signed this for me after a show in Michigan when I used to live there.  This has been hanging on my wall for about 20 years.  I included a photo of a small portion of one of my walls that have several photos and autographed items to somewhat verify that it is an authentic autograph.  There is not question that it is authentic.  In the one photo, although it may be hard to see, he has the pen in his hand that he signed it with.  The price may seem a bit high and probably is.  If no one purchases it, I will just put it back on the wall.  I have several other Grand Funk picture sleeves and records listed on Ebay from my collection.  An excellent group.  One of my very favorites.  They sure were a great live band!
